Dr. Sheri Laird and Angel Ware, CMA Extraordinaire, have taken positions with Northwest Primary Care (NWPC).

NWPC is a small, local physician-owned practice, with a presence in the SE Portland Metro area for decades. Their West Linn office is (literally) just down the street, sharing a parking lot with Subway, Biscuits, Dutch Bros, and Parkrose Hardware.    

The Willamette Clinic will be open as usual until we start at NWPC on
February 19, 2024.

Medical records will be migrated to Northwest Primary Care's system. If you decide not to see me at Northwest Primary Care, check with your insurance plan for a list of providers.  Youcan use an ROI form to have your records transferred to another provider.  ROI forms are available in office and online (sherilaird.com before February 19 2024, or at nwpc.com after February 19, 2024).

Thank you for the privilege of caring for you and your family over the last
fifteen (or more) years. I so appreciate the trust you have placed in us over the last fifteen years.   We are confident that this will be a good move for Angel and I, but just as importantly, for you, our awesome patients!
